Senior PM — What you’ll do
* Lead end-to-end OS&E delivery (scope, budget, timeline, quality).
* Translate design intent into detailed specs (tableware, linens, accessories, small electrics).
* Source & negotiate with premium brands; manage samples/approvals.
* Coordinate procurement, logistics, global consolidation, installation & aftercare.
* Liaise with designers, shipyards, management companies & UHNWIs; mentor juniors.
Senior PM — What you’ll bring
* 5–10+ yrs in interior design / FF&E / OS&E (yachting/residential/hospitality/aviation).
* Deep brand knowledge (tableware/linens/accessories); client-facing polish.
* Commercial acuity; calm under pressure; leadership.
* Languages: English + German/Italian/French; Arabic a strong plus.
Junior PM — What you’ll do
* Own defined workstreams; keep scopes/schedules/budgets on track.
* Build spec sheets, quotes & POs; assemble sample boards and coordinate approvals.
* Research brands & pricing; support logistics, QC and installations; clear comms to stakeholders.
Junior PM — What you’ll bring
* 1–3+ yrs in interior design / FF&E / OS&E coordination.
* Strong brand awareness; meticulous organisation; team player; fast learner.
* Languages: English + German/Italian/French preferred; Arabic a plus.
