We are looking for an Garden Centre Manager from a Garden Centre or horticulture environment who can deliver outstanding results time and time again. You don't need to have full horticulture qualifications, but if you have managed a garden centre department or similar, we are keen to hear from you! As the Garden Centre Manager you will work closely with your team to develop a strong relationship and set the standards in your centre. You will have responsibility for your all key departments, we want candidates with experience of garden centres, horticulture environments, farm shops, garden accessories, sundries and seasonal departments. You will be responsible for all aspects of your the story including key department and sections, manage the colleagues to achieve results and responsible for recruitment, training and standards. As a Store Manager you will manager all aspects of the operation, put customers at the heart of what you do and deliver exceptional results.
