Job Description
* Lead and manage the IT department to align with business objectives and strategies.
* Develop and implement IT strategies that enhance operational efficiency and innovation.
* Oversee the maintenance and improvement of IT systems and infrastructure.
* Ensure data security, compliance, and effective risk management practices.
* Collaborate with other C-Suite executives to support business growth and transformation.
* Manage IT budgets and ensure cost-effective technology investments.
* Identify and implement emerging technologies to enhance business operations.
* Provide leadership and mentorship to the IT team, fostering a culture of excellence.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have:
* A background in IT leadership at Director or C-Suite level from Professional Services firms (Chartered Accountants, Legal Firms, Solicitors or Architects). This is a must I'm afraid.
* Experience managing stakeholder relationships with Partners.
* Proven expertise in developing and implementing IT strategies.
* Experience with managing technology infrastructure and systems.
* Knowledge of data security and compliance standards.
* Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
* Demonstrable commitment to driving innovation and operational efficiency.
