Product Delivery Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring seamless execution of Global Product Delivery operations. The position owns the end-to-end inventory transactions process through the ERP system, coordinates cross-functional activities and ensures alignment between Product Delivery, Finance, Engineering, Sourcing and Materials teams to support on-time and accurate product availability worldwide.
As a Product Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for
1. Inventory & Transaction Management
2. Execute and monitor inventory via Sales Order transactions within Oracle Pascal, ensuring data accuracy when loading/removing demand and recognizing revenue (“picking”) for all MDC shipments
3. Review, action and track all Sales Order Workflow & Materials Release Workflow requests via Microsoft PowerApps, liaising with Materials and Sourcing teams when required
4. Manage Project Dispatch Requests via Materials Release Workflow, ensuring goods have been signed off by Quality & Oracle transactions completed
5. Purchase Order (PO) & Expense management
6. Support Materials team with ICPO requests providing MRB & CIPL documentation, managing Oracle transactions & updating process with Global Inventory Leader
To be successful in this role, you will:
