We are now seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Supervisor (Nights Only) to support two key divisions of our business: Security and Fire Safety. This is a dynamic role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, reactive environment and takes pride in maintaining high operational standards. What does the job entail? As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a central role in supporting our operational leadership team and ensuring standards are upheld across all sites. Your responsibilities will include: Providing day-to-day guidance and operational support to Supervisors, Managers, and Directors Delivering training to frontline operatives to ensure effective implementation of security and fire safety protocols Conducting routine site audits to maintain compliance, performance standards, and customer satisfaction Safeguarding the company’s reputation by ensuring all services are delivered in line with client expectations Overseeing and confirming staffing levels and rosters to ensure all sites are fully manned as required This position involves night shifts only, regular site visits and national travel. We’re looking for a professional who is: Experienced in the security industry, with strong knowledge of standard security policies and procedures Calm under pressure and confident providing clear guidance in challenging situations Collaborative and able to build strong working relationships across departments Highly professional and presentable, leading by example Customer-focused, with a strong service background Computer literate, with the ability to produce accurate, well-written reports and communications Essential Requirements Valid SIA Licence Minimum 2 years’ experience within the security industry Full UK driving licence (manual) Aged 25 (insurance requirement for company vehicle) Willingness to work night shifts exclusively and weekends Flexibility to operate within a reactive industry Commitment to undertaking required training for role progression What do we offer?
