Responsibilities
* Coordinating the full employee lifecycle from offer letters to exit interviews
* Managing payroll actions, pensions, and benefits administration
* Owning the HR calendar and prompting key activities
* Supporting internal training programs and e-learning rollouts
* Driving inclusive, efficient recruitment and onboarding processes
* Collaborating on wellbeing, engagement, and diversity initiatives
* Maintaining accurate records and generating insightful HR reports
What Youll Bring (Qualifications)
* Proven experience in HR coordination or a similar role
* CIPD Level 3 qualification (or equivalent experience)
* Exceptional organisation and communication skills
* Confidence handling confidential information with professionalism
* A calm, resilient approach to juggling multiple priorities
* A curious mindset and a drive to improve processes
