Overview
Pandora is hiring a Supervisor (Part-Time) to join our store in Guildford, England. This permanent role covers 24 hours per week. Compensation is £13.61 per hour.
The Role
As a Supervisor, you’ll oversee the running of the busy sales floor, coach and inspire a high performing team to beat targets and deliver a world-class customer experience. You’ll lead daily store operations and champion our brand values of Dream, Dare, Care and Deliver. The role involves thriving in a fast-paced retail environment and setting personal KPIs and sales targets.
Responsibilities
* Sales floor: Hold daily team briefs sharing store KPIs and motivate the team to beat them; drive exceptional service by modeling our selling ceremony; perform store walks to understand commerciality and visual merchandising; monitor sales performance and take actions to support team success; handle serious complaints escalated with professionalism and care.
* Personal sales: Build the bond between our brand and our customer by answering queries, providing exemplary service, and adapting approach to individuals’ personalities and needs; use product knowledge to create personal, unforgettable experiences and to inspire love for Pandora’s sustainability, design and craftsmanship; achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through selling skills (upselling, UPT, ATV and productivity).
* Store operations: Act as key holder; ensure opening/closing procedures; cash up and reconcile till; assist with administrative duties including recruitment and disciplinary hearings if required; assist with product and POS deliveries; operate the till and handle returns/exchanges; maintain store security and safety policies.
Qualifications
Prior experience with a leading brand and/or desirable consumer product retailing is preferred. If you are a senior sales assistant, or current supervisor looking for your next challenge, this could be the opportunity for you.
