Job Description
We’re looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Account Manager to drive revenue and occupancy across a portfolio of retail destinations in the North West of England. This is a hands-on role focused on turning under-used retail space into vibrant, income-generating environments, while building strong local business relationships and supporting independent and growing businesses to thrive.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver and exceed sales and occupancy targets
* Identify and secure new occupiers for vacant and promotional retail space
* Build strong partnerships with local businesses and stakeholders
* Negotiate commercial terms and manage agreements through to completion
* Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective occupiers
* Attend networking events to generate leads and promote opportunities
* Analyse performance data and local market trends
* Collaborate closely with centre management teams
* Provide guidance on marketing initiatives, events, and visual merchandising
* Travel regularly across the North West region
About You
* Proven sales experience within retail, leisure, or property
* Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
* Confident communicator and relationship builder
* Highly organised with excellent time management
* Self-motivated and able to work independently
* Full UK driving licence and own transport
