Overview
In line with the government’s priority to increase access and availability of mental health and wellbeing support for children and young people, the EMHP/CWP role offers an opportunity to deliver evidence-based early interventions across educational settings and healthcare sectors in England. The MHST, part of Well‑being and Mental Health Service (WAMHS), supports schools to implement whole‑school approaches and offers direct support through workshops and guided self‑help interventions for young people with mild to moderate difficulties.
Team
The post holder will join a multidisciplinary team of EMHPs, CAMHS practitioners, educational psychologists and trainee EMHPS, playing a key role in supporting schools’ overarching approach to mental health and wellbeing.

* Develop an active presence within school settings and contribute to the development of the Whole School Approach.
