About the role
As a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive quality care and support. You'll assist with daily living, provide support and companionship, and help residents have meaningful moments. The role is varied and rewarding, with duties such as supporting residents with food and drink and following care plans, and ensuring each resident has one-to-one time.
About you
To join us as a Bank Care Assistant you'll need to have some experience of caring for older people, a can-do approach and excellent communication skills. Your empathy and warm-hearted approach will shine through, and you’ll have the compassion needed to deliver the highest standard of care and support for all our residents.
