We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist Hands - Band 7 to join our Outpatient Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Service at HCRG Care Group. In this role, you will deliver expert physiotherapy care for patients with hand conditions, assessing, treating, and guiding them towards recovery. You will manage your own caseload autonomously, providing evidence-based interventions and advice. Additionally, you will offer clinical leadership within your locality to ensure best-practice standards and contribute to service development and improvement.
Responsibilities include:
1. Planning and delivering a client-centred hand therapy service in community outpatient clinics.
2. Managing, developing, and auditing the hand therapy service, including leading projects.
3. Providing leadership to physiotherapy staff within your locality.
4. Using data to improve performance and meet key indicators.
5. Collaborating with other clinicians and stakeholders.
6. Contributing to strategic planning and policy implementation.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:
* Active HCPC registration as an Allied Health Professional.
* BSc or equivalent in Physiotherapy; postgraduate or specialist training (e.g., BAHT); MSc or equivalent in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
* Leadership and supervisory experience, including team management.
* Experience in pathway development, multi-agency working, and service improvement.
* Proven ability to manage challenging situations, meet KPIs, and work flexibly.
* Full UK driving license with insured vehicle.
