Join us as an Editorial Content Manager
* We’ll look to you to lead on thecreationand implementation ofeditorial contentthat is engaging and relevant to support delivery of commercially successful marketingcampaigns
* You’ll be identifying segments and channels to maximise engagement, primarily with existing clients and external prospects
* You'll lead on service communications as and whenrequired
* This is also an opportunity to play a key role in engaging and influencing key stakeholders, giving you the chance to build a credible professional network
What you'll do
As an Editorial Content Manager, you’ll be writing thought-leadership for affluent/High Net Worth/Ultra High Net Worth clientsegmentsunder Coutts and NatWest and promotional content to amplify the work through a broad range of owned channels including social platforms.
You’ll also be:
* Contributing to the shape of the strategy for the Private Banking & Wealth Management (PB&WM) franchises, working closely with the Editorial Content Lead
* Developing product led campaign collateral for key segments, fully leveraging owned media channels to maximise engagement, aligning with growth aspirations
* Establishing strong relationships and high levels of collaboration across the business to make sure collateral for campaigns are positioned and designed to achieve maximum impact with clients and prospects
* Making sure external campaign communications adhere to our standards
The skills you'll need
We’re looking for a strategic thinker with the ability to evaluate the marketplace to develop unique positioning, brand building and creativity. You’ll need proven experience in a communications environment, along with an understanding of using data in a marketing capacity.
You’ll also demonstrate:
* Strong stakeholder management skills developed through experience of managing complex relationship networks
* A strong understanding of the regulatory environment governing wealth management communications
* The ability to monitor, track, and analyse performance, making necessary optimisationsto more effectively and efficiently deliver objectives and desired results
