We are a recruitment agency currently looking for dependable Warehouse Operatives to support one of our clients based in Redditch. Our client specialises in importing goods from overseas and requires flexible staff to assist during busy periods.
The Role:
This is an adhoc position, ideal for candidates seeking flexible work. Shifts will be offered based on business needs, so availability at short notice is advantageous.
Key Duties:
1. Offloading containers of imported goods
2. Sorting and moving stock within the warehouse
3. Putting goods away into designated storage locations
4. Keeping the warehouse clean and organised
5. Adhering to all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
6. Physically fit and able to handle manual work (heavy lifting involved)
7. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
8. Flexible availability for adhoc shifts
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
10. Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential
