Head of Procurement
* Leading Food Brand
* London (Hybrid)
* up to £85,000 plus car allowance & package
This is a newly created role that will lead the procurement across all ingredients, food, drink and packaging categories, while managing a team of 5 procurement professionals. The role reports into the Supply Chain and Commercial Director.

Our client is a world leading food brand with site around the world. They own and operate a number of well known food brands, supplying customer with a wide range of food products. They are fast paced, highly innovative and well-known.
The Role
* Leading and driving the strategic procurement across all F&B and packaging categories.
* Supporting and managing a team of Buyers and Procurement Category Managers.
* Developing long term relationships with a wider range of suppliers.
* Working closely with internal stakeholders across a wide range of projects.
Requirements for the role
1. 7 + years of experience working with multi-site hospitality procurement.
2. In-depth knowledge of food and beverage procurement.
3. Strong leadership skill and a track record up-skilling a team.
