Purpose of the role:
As a Company Assistant you will help with the general day-to-day administration tasks such as answering the phone and managing enquiries in addition to assisting senior management organise events and meetings. In addition, you will provide customer service support and assistance to senior management performing administrative tasks related to quality assurance and clinical affairs.
Duties and responsibilities:
* General office administration
* Social Media channels development / diary management / content development
* Answering and responding to telephone and email/website queries
* Supporting the CEO with diary, email and time management
* Supporting other members of the team with day to day activities as required
* Managing customer files
* Arranging courier collections and deliveries
* Booking travel and accommodation for the teams
* Prospect research and contact mapping for sales team.(clinical/operational/education/c-suite)
* PR support and coordination
* Marketing material management (print ordering / proof reading / quality checking / stock management)
* Congress bookings/organising
* All commercial dept. logistics (demonstrations / purchase deliveries / congresses)
* Taking meeting minutes, proofreading documents and tidying presentations
* Following up on actions
* Organising arrangements for attending exhibitions and ad hoc team outings
* Providing administrative support for quality assurance, clinical affairs and customer services.
* Other tasks as required
Key requirements:
· Minimum of 12 months experience in similar role
· Excellent telephone manner
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
· Good eye for detail
Desirable
· UK Driving license
· Fluent in languages other than English
