Delivery Officer (Good for Girls)
London Youth – a charity supporting the capital’s youth sector with 600 member organisations and two outdoor residential centres – is hiring to deliver the Good for Girls mental health and well‑being programme. The role focuses on day‑to‑day delivery, partnership with member organisations, programme monitoring and sustainability.
Responsibilities
* Lead the Good for Girls programme, coordinating delivery targets, recruitment of member organisations, youth workers and participants, and onboarding.
* Support peer mentor training, programme events and participant engagement.
* Work with internal teams to ensure quality delivery, including due diligence and day‑to‑day expenditure monitoring.
* Build and maintain relationships with 10 youth organisations, supporting flexible, high‑quality delivery and aligning delivery schedules.
* Collect process and impact data, gather evaluation case studies, update Salesforce records and support reporting to funders and internal teams.
* Coordinate corporate volunteering opportunities and future funding bids to sustain the programme offer.
* Represent London Youth at relevant networks and events, contributing to a dynamic offer across London.
Qualifications
* Good knowledge of the youth and creative sectors.
* Experience meeting delivery targets, monitoring expenditure and ensuring high‑quality delivery.
* Passion for supporting young people through youth work and partnership with youth organisations.
* Strong stakeholder relationship skills and a collaborative, inclusive approach.
* Commitment to anti‑racism principles and a positive health & safety and safeguarding culture.
