This is a fantastic opportunity to use your creativity, communication skills, and confidence to support pupils across the classroom while gaining valuable school-based experience.

Hours & Contract
1. Monday–Friday, 08:30–15:30
2. Full-time roles available

Your Role & Responsibilities
5. Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
6. Provide 1:1 and small group support
7. Assist with literacy, numeracy, and creative classroom activities
8. Encourage pupil confidence, participation, and positive behaviour
9. Help create an inclusive and engaging learning environment
10. Support with classroom preparation and learning resources
What We’re Looking For
11. A Drama or Performing Arts degree (2:2 or above)
12. Strong communication and confidence working with young people
13. A proactive, energetic, and reliable approach
14. A genuine interest in education
15. Experience with children (theatre groups, camps, coaching, tutoring) is beneficial but not essential
16. Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
