Your Responsibilities
As our Consulting Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
* Providing high-level administrative support to our consulting team, including document preparation, calendar management, and travel coordination.
* Greeting visitors, answering calls, and managing mail and deliveries.
* Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory.
* Assisting with report and presentation preparation.
* Supporting the grantmaking process by researching opportunities and maintaining records.
* Contributing to the planning and execution of special projects and events.
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and community partners.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a nonprofit or consulting environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* A detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
* Experience in grantmaking is a plus!
* A genuine passion for nonprofit work and philanthropy.
