Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to grow their career and progress within an FN50 leasing company.
We are a forward-thinking, family-owned vehicle contract hire and leasing company based in Milton Keynes and are looking for a talented Fleet Customer Operations Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be part of a developing team, with the autonomy and ability to help shape and direct the company moving forwards.
We are looking for someone proactive and detail-driven who’s comfortable working in a busy operational environment and genuinely cares about supporting customers and co-workers.
Duties
* First point of contact for customers.
* Taking ownership in delivering excellent customer service, ensuring customer needs are fully understood.
* Setup of new contracts within Fleet management and other related systems.
* Invoicing customers
* Assisting in vehicle disposals & logistics along with relevant paperwork.
* Penalty charge notices and customer recharges.
* Maintaining vehicle details & contracts on fleet management systems.
* Manages post income and deliveries and collections.
* Motor Insurance updates and checks with group insurance.
* Contribute to ICR’s social media presence and marketing activity.
* Assist in customer maintenance management.
* Assist Account Managers with credit control.
The ideal candidate
* Must have proven fleet industry administrative experience. (Ideally 2 years or more).
* Demonstrate a basic knowledge and understanding of Business Contract Hire and Salary Sacrifice products.
* Be motivated and ambitious to progress in their career.
* Think strategically & commercially.
* Focus on customer & business needs.
* Drive innovation and lead change.
* Show excellent attention to detail and have a focus on accuracy.
* PC literate with the ability to navigate multiple systems accurately.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Monday - Friday 9am-5.30pm (No weekends)
Salary up to £28,000 basic depending on experience
Requirements:
* Fleet administration: ( 2 years or more preferred)
* Full UK Driving Licence
