Responsibilities
* Partner closely with fast-scaling businesses, advising on their hiring strategies.
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from workforce planning to offer management.
* Influence decision-making at all levels, working directly with C-suite and hiring managers.
* Implement data-driven recruitment strategies and improve employer branding (CVP).
* Use talent intelligence and market insights to drive innovative hiring solutions.
* Build lasting relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring an excellent hiring experience.
What skills & experience do you need?
* Tech recruitment experience – at least 6 months but less than 18 months.
* Proven ability to source and engage candidates effectively.
* Strong communication skills – able to build trust with candidates and hiring managers.
* A proactive mindset with the confidence to work independently.
* A genuine interest in growing as a recruiter and learning from experienced talent experts.
