Role
The successful candidate will support the Private Client department with a range of administrative and legal tasks, including:
* Preparing and managing documentation
* Handling enquiries and maintaining client communication
* Organising files, appointments, and workflow
* Assisting with Wills, Probate, LPAs, and related private client matters
* Providing essential support to fee-earners to ensure smooth case progression
About You

* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Professional, personable, and confident with client contact
* Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Proactive and eager to contribute to a close-knit team
* Experienced in a legal environment (private client experience)
