As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Undertake regular inspections and patrols of the building, including patrols of common areas in accordance with local procedures. Ensure that the building is locked and secure during curfew periods and confirm the presence and wellbeing of residents overnight. Support a safe working environment for staff, residents, and visitors by adhering to Health and Safety legislation, policies and procedures, and reporting any damage/defects occurred. Monitor the behaviour of high-risk residents and respond appropriately to abusive or aggressive behaviour. Monitor CCTV systems as required and take responsibility for all internal security, including access control. The Ideal Candidate Should Meet The Following Criteria Must have Right to Work in the UK.
