Naked Chips is a vibrant catering and events company, bringing exciting food and great service to a variety of events. We're looking for a highly organised Admin Assistant to join our growing team and help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Role Overview
As our Admin Assistant, you'll be the backbone of our day-to-day operations. You'll manage administrative tasks, keep our calendars on track, handle invoices, and support our social media presence. This is a role for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create, manage, and send invoices to clients
* Organise and maintain the company calendar with tasks and deadlines
* Provide day-to-day administrative support for the team
* Assist in managing and posting content on social media platforms
* Ensure smooth communication with clients and team members
* General office/admin duties as required
What We're Looking For:
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident using computer systems and office software
* Previous experience in an admin role (preferred but not essential)
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively
* Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) is a bonus
