This is a high-ownership operational role within a growing forwarding environment. You will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of air freight export shipments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. End-to-end coordination of air freight export shipments.
2. Booking freight with airlines and overseas agents.
3. Preparation and checking of documentation (HAWB/MAWB, invoices, packing lists, and DG where applicable).
4. Liaising with customers, airlines, handlers, and overseas partners.
5. Monitoring flights and proactively managing delays.
