We offer: 35 hours per week, with flexible working options where possible £26,400 - £30,370 FTE depending upon experience 28 days annual leave (plus bank holidays, pro rata) Up to 3 discretionary Christmas leave days Auto-enrolment pension scheme Regular supervision and CPD opportunities Flexible working practices where possible A warm, values-driven environment built on trust, inclusion and collaboration What you will be doing as our Business Support Officer. As a Business Support Officer, you will play a key role in keeping our organisational processes running smoothly and efficiently. Your work will support teams across the organisation and help ensure colleagues are organised, informed and able to deliver high-quality services. You will be responsible for: Coordinating meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas and distributing papers Supporting governance processes, including document control and action tracking Maintaining trackers, records and systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information Preparing reports, documents and presentations to support teams and senior colleagues Managing and organising information using Microsoft Office and SharePoint Supporting colleagues across multiple teams, helping to prioritise and manage workloads Handling sensitive and confidential information appropriately This is a varied and rewarding Business Support Officer role where attention to detail, organisation and a proactive approach are key What are we looking for in our ideal Business Support Officer? Experience providing high-quality administrative or business support Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Confident communication skills, both written and verbal Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and SharePoint Understanding of confidentiality, data protection and information governance A proactive, reliable and solutions-focused approach Ability to work independently and use sound judgement A collaborative and supportive team approach Commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion Experience in a charity, health or public sector environment, or supporting governance or senior leaders, would be beneficial but is not essential.
