The Role
You will join an established and growing team of specialists, handling a busy caseload of high quality contentious probate matters.
Significant hands on experience is essential. This role is suited to someone who has spent at least three years focused primarily on contentious probate, not simply occasional exposure.
The caseload will include:
• Will and inheritance disputes
• Claims under the Inheritance Provision for Family and Dependants Act 1975
• Trust and estate disputes
• Capacity and validity challenges
• Executor and trustee disputes
You will be trusted to manage matters independently, with support from experienced colleagues when needed.
