Alpine Surveys are excited to offer a new vacancy for an additional enthusiastic Project Administrator to join our growing team.
The future team member will ideally have knowledge and experience regarding the building industry, but this is not essential as training will be provided.

The job description includes:
* Receiving calls and adding them to our sales portal
* Supporting the sales team dealing with confirmed survey bookings
* Keep an organised booking calendar, updating customers from start to finish and communicating changes to the relevant surveyor
Other Requirements:
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Must be very methodical, organised, and proactive
* Ability to multitask and deal with multiple tasks at any one time
* Good IT skills with experience in Excel, Word and Outlook.
Alpine Surveys are a recognised and growing consultancy, that specialise in accurately resolving issues in properties of all ages. We provide Structural Surveys, Building Condition Surveys, Thermal Imaging Surveys, Aerial Surveys throughout the South of England. The successful candidate will join our team in our office at East Morden. Transport is essential.
