Role - Administrator- Must be a driver with own vehicle Hours – 40 hours per week – Monday – Friday Hourly - £12.71 Holidays – 28 days per year Location – Ashley office (WA15) 4/5 days a week and Partington 1 day a week Job Summary We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Administrative Assistant to support our team with daily office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. This role offers an opportunity to work in a professional environment where organisational skills and administrative experience are highly valued. The successful applicant will play a vital part in maintaining smooth office workflows and ensuring effective communication across departments. Duties: Manage and coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements Handle incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, directing enquiries appropriately Maintain accurate records through data entry and filing systems, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Assist with invoicing, bookkeeping, and financial record keeping using QuickBooks or similar software Support team members with administrative needs including photocopying, scanning, and mailing documents Organise office supplies inventory and liaise with vendors as necessary Support the onboarding process for new employees by preparing necessary documentation Skills Proven office experience with strong organisational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable Excellent typing speed and data entry skills with high accuracy levels Strong verbal and written communication skills with professional phone etiquette Demonstrated clerical experience supporting busy teams or executives Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with general administrative procedures and office management practices This position offers an engaging work environment where organisational abilities and technical skills are essential for success.
