German Speaking Customer Service Advisor Full Time and Permanent South Lanarkshire £27,000 About the Role: A leading international company, is seeking a full-time German Speaking Customer Service Advisor to support the growing team. This role involves proactively managing customer's journeys, aiming to retain and expand the customer base by delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth service. Key Responsibilities: * Taking inbound calls and ensuring each customer receives a 5-star experience. * Working on a shared email inbox and providing supportive and helpful replies. * Communicating with customers regarding their orders, including delays, delivery timeframes, returns, and faulty products. * Process orders and quotes and ensuring same-day responses. * Resolving product and technical enquiries and make appropriate product recommendations. * Maintaining accurate and detailed customer account records. Essential Requirements: * Fluency in German and fluency in English (both written and verbal). * The ability to build rapport with customer and provide 5* service. * Excellent communication, and teamwork skills with a positive attitude.
