We have an exciting opportunity to join our fast-paced support team in Newport. Working in a busy environment with a high volume of calls and emails, you will provide help and support to our area managers and assist in delivering excellent customer service.

What we are offering:

* Starting Salary £28,000 per annum
* 12-hour shifts: 2 days, 2 nights, 4 days off (night shifts begin after your induction on day shifts)

Overview of Responsibilities, Duties & Requirements:

You will be a key part of the Atlas Support Team, responsible for ensuring smooth delivery of services and supporting field-based cleaning staff. You need a friendly, calm, and professional manner, excellent communication skills, good computer literacy, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

* Allocation and scheduling of operatives using Time and Attendance systems
* Quality audits, tracking, and management
* Handling employee and client queries
* Supporting with client feedback and reporting
* Reactive calls and management
* Coordination of reactive mobile cleaning technicians
* General administration and support to other departments

Working Hours:

24/7 support service desk with a 4/4 shift pattern: 2 days, 2 nights, 4 days off. 22.4 days annual leave including bank holidays.


About You

If you are conscientious, can provide excellent customer service, and resolve issues quickly and accurately, we want to hear from you!

Skills required include general computer skills, excellent communication, willingness to learn, and being a strong team player. You should be reliable, collaborative, and committed.

Please note: An Enhanced DBS check will be required for this position.
