Central London Up to A GBP 50,000 + Commission Hybrid (1 Day WFH)
The Role
Were on the lookout for a driven and proactive Sales and Events Manager to join a dynamic team in the heart of Central London. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong account management skills, a network of corporate contacts, and a talent for building lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Take full ownership of sales and event enquiries, driving business and nurturing key accounts.
* Lead on proactive outreach, youll be expected to open doors, not wait for them to open
* Manage and mentor one Sales Executive, supporting their growth and performance.
* Build and maintain strong relationships across corporate clients, agencies, and key stakeholders.
* Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
Ideal Candidate
* A confident and proactive sales professional with a passion for events.
* Proven experience in account management, ideally in hospitality or events.
* Strong network of corporate contacts and the ability to hit the ground running.
* Natural relationship builder who thrives in face:to:face meetings and networking.
* A hands:on, self:starter mentality with excellent communication and organisation skills.
