* Keeping detailed records of customer interactions
* Collaborating with internal teams and external partners
* Representing the brand with pride and positivity
Skills & Experience
* Prior experience working in customer services (office)
* Familiarity with CRM systems (desirable)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A natural problem-solver with great attention to detail
* A team player with a strong customer-first mindset
