Job Advert: Senior Program Manager
We are looking for a highly capable Senior Program Manager to support regional leadership in driving operational excellence, strategic execution, and organisational alignment across multiple countries. This role is ideal for someone who loves bringing structure to complexity, ensuring programmes move smoothly, and enabling leaders to deliver at scale.
You will play a key role in shaping how the region operates — connecting strategy to execution, coordinating cross‑functional initiatives, and ensuring that Senior stakeholders have the insights, processes, and rhythm they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Programme Execution
1. Convert business priorities into clear plans, milestones, and working cadences across teams.
2. Lead complex, cross‑regional programmes from planning through to delivery.
3. Gather and align inputs from multiple markets, ensuring consistency and progress against shared frameworks.
4. Step in to provide programme structure, drive momentum, and remove barriers where needed.
Operational Rhythm & Governance
5. Manage the regional operating rhythm, including leadership meetings, reviews, planning cycles, and offsites.
6. Prepare agendas, materials, and documentation that support decision-making and drive tangible outcomes.
7. Build and maintain strong programme governance, including risk tracking, action management, and follow‑up processes.
8. Support ongoing reporting of organisational health and operational performance.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
9. Provide insight and recommendations to Senior stakeholders using data and qualitative analysis.
10. Develop high‑quality communications, presentations, and updates for internal and external audiences.
11. Ensure teams clearly understand how their work connects to broader strategic goals.
12. Represent programme interests across teams and act as a trusted liaison when leadership is unavailable.
Culture, People & Organisational Health
13. Support initiatives related to culture, inclusion, engagement, and team development.
14. Partner with HR on workforce planning and talent-related programmes.
15. Synthesize employee feedback across markets and turn signals into actionable insights.
16. Help maintain a cohesive, aligned, and positive organisational environment.
Skills & Experience You’ll Bring
17. Strong business understanding and familiarity with technology‑led or complex organisational environments.
18. Proven ability to connect high-level strategy to detailed programme execution.
19. Strong influencing skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders without direct authority.
20. Skilled in data interpretation, scenario planning, and structured decision-making.
21. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive‑level messaging.
22. Comfortable working in fast‑moving environments with shifting priorities.
Ideal Background
23. Experience as a Program Manager, Business Manager, Consultant, or similar role within large or matrixed organisations.
24. Demonstrated success running complex, cross-functional programmes.
25. Experience collaborating across regions, departments, and leadership levels.
26. Strong track record of delivering clarity, structure, and measurable outcomes in ambiguous environments.
