About The Role
The Head of Marketing will own and lead our brand health agenda, with a clear mandate to grow brand awareness and consideration to raise the ceiling for new customer acquisition and increase our overall market share.
Position: LeoVegas UK.
The role is accountable for defining and delivering our ATL marketing proposition end‑to‑end. You will craft the creative strategy and messaging, and execute large‑scale brand campaigns that consistently showcase our brand across all external touchpoints.
Collaboration will span internal media, brand, and creative teams, external brand and creative agencies, the Sponsorships team, and the Sports and Casino commercial teams. You will align and aggregate campaigns to build a joined‑up narrative across brand, acquisition, and existing customer messaging.
Line management responsibilities include the Organic Social and Marketing Planning functions, both of which are vital to our wider marketing organisation.
Responsibilities
* Own overall brand health, focusing on improving awareness and consideration to support long‑term customer growth.
* Define and lead our ATL strategy, including creative direction, messaging frameworks, and campaign architecture.
* Ensure all external brand messaging is consistent and cohesive, laddering into agreed drivers of brand consideration.
* Lead the development and delivery of large‑scale ATL campaigns with internal media, brand, and creative teams.
* Manage relationships with external brand and creative agencies, setting clear briefs, standards, and expectations.
* Work with the Sponsorships team to align brand presence, messaging, and activations through sponsorships to the wider strategy.
* Aggregate and align campaigns delivered by Sports and Casino commercial teams for a unified external narrative.
* Integrate brand‑led, acquisition‑focused, and existing customer messaging where possible.
* Provide strategic direction and support to the Organic Social function, ensuring social activity reinforces broader brand messaging.
* Own the marketing planning function, ensuring clear articulation, prioritisation, and sequencing of major brand and marketing initiatives.
* Use brand tracking, research and insight to inform strategy, measure effectiveness, and continuously refine our approach.
* Act as a senior marketing leader, influencing stakeholders and championing brand thinking across the business.
Qualifications
* Proven experience leading brand and ATL marketing at scale, ideally in a fast‑paced or highly competitive environment.
* Strong understanding of brand health metrics, particularly awareness and consideration, and their link to commercial outcomes.
* Demonstrable experience shaping creative strategy and messaging, and translating this into impactful campaigns.
* Experience working with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high‑quality brand work.
* Experience collaborating with sponsorship or partnership teams to deliver coherent, brand‑led activations.
* The ability to bring clarity and coherence across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
* Strong strategic thinking coupled with the ability to execute and deliver.
* Confidence operating at a senior level, influencing and aligning stakeholders across different teams.
* Experience managing small, specialist teams and achieving outsized impact from limited resources.
* A clear passion for brand building, storytelling, and long‑term value creation.
