Who We Are:
ARC HD Services Ltd, part of Community Integrated Care, provides specialist residential and 1:1 support for young people aged 9–18 facing complex social, emotional, and mental health challenges, including ASD, ADHD, PTSD, and trauma-related behaviours.
We run four small, nurturing homes—each supporting up to three young people in a warm, homely environment tailored to individual needs. Every child has their own private space, plus shared areas for connection and community.

* 3 nights on and 5 nights off - we would also consider 2 nights on and 6 off
Manual driving license required

Experienced with supporting children overnight
Qualified with a Diploma in Child Care, or willing to work towards this
