What you'll do
As a Commis Waiter, you'll love
what you do and take pride in taking care of our guests:
* You will be
responsible for organising the most efficient food delivery during their
day. This will include doing the mise-en-place and table set-up before
service, speedy delivery of food during service and organising teas and
coffees. All to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best
experience.
* Sometimes our
guests have special requests involving special food preparation, dietary
restrictions and even special occasions. Most of these requests are
fulfilled by our Runners.
The items shared are the essence of a day in the life
of a Commis Waiter, but we will make sure you are
provided with specifics on how we care for our hotel.
