Regional Sales Manager - Red Bull Grocery role at Acosta Group representing Red Bull to drive brand awareness and sales.
Responsibilities
 * Lead monthly team meetings to discuss results, provide training, and set direction on key strategic priorities for the forthcoming period.
 * Provide field insight for future opportunities or challenges with the line manager to drive continuous improvements.
 * Utilize appropriate capability to ensure delivery of KPIs/ROI and build a talent pipeline for the future.
 * Carry out individual performance appraisals and implement personal development plans.
 * Motivate the team to maximise potential for themselves and Red Bull.
 * Regularly analyse team performance in conjunction with data insights and produce weekly and monthly reports as agreed with the line manager.
 * Monitor the Striker budget to ensure it is not exceeded.
 * Collaborate with the team to identify what the organisation is looking for and align activities accordingly.
Qualifications
 * Natural leader with a focus on delivering world-class customer service for long-term mutual success.
 * Strong communication skills and a desire to win.
 * Previous management experience within sales, FMCG or retail environments preferred; applications from motivated individuals with experience in other sectors will be considered.
 * Full manual driving licence and ability to travel nationally; some overnight stays may be required.
