Temporary Sales Administrator Coalville, LE67 4–6 Weeks Temporary Assignment £14.00 – £15.50 per hour The Professional Services team at SF Recruitment is supporting a growing international business based in Coalville. Due to staff sickness and a major expansion phase, they’re looking for a confident Temporary Sales Administrator to support their busy Sales & Customer Service team. Working closely with the Sales Director, you’ll manage a portfolio of customer accounts and provide first-class administrative support during a key period for the business. Typical responsibilities will include: Managing a shared customer inbox and responding within agreed timeframes Coordinating the sending of product samples to new and existing customers Sourcing and providing competitive quotes, advising on the most suitable products Logging accepted quotes and sharing them with the internal sales team Keeping customer account records accurate and up to date Monitoring and maintaining stock levels Creating performance reports for senior management Supporting the Sales Manager and wider team with ad hoc admin tasks during busy periods We’d love to hear from candidates who are available immediately and have previous admin experience, particularly in customer-focused environments.
