Job Description
Mission
Responsible for applying and managing standardized manufacturing and production methods, with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure strict adherence to standardized processes in manufacturing and production, including basic maintenance processes.
* Contribute actively to continuous improvement initiatives.
Main Activities
* Identify and communicate risks related to health, safety, quality, and environment to the Team Leader (IAB3), including reporting incidents and near misses.
* Follow recommended gestures for standard operating modes and propose improvements.
* Maintain quality standards by controlling operations and respecting procedures.
* Apply escalation procedures for deviations concerning safety, environment, quality, or performance.
* Record barriers and performance metrics accurately in Red/Green follow-up systems.
* Perform maintenance at levels 1 and 2.
