Junior Account Executive
Salary: £30,000–£35,000 + uncapped commission.
Location: London / remote.
Technology: E-learning SaaS platform.
The role
We’re an eLearning platform delivering online training to care homes across the UK. With a strong product and big growth plans! Looking to hire a driven B2B hunter to build pipeline, close net-new business, and help scale our outbound engine.
What You’ll Do
* 100% new business: high-volume cold calling, outbound email and LinkedIn outreach.
* Own the full sales cycle: discovery, tailored demos, proposals, negotiation and close.
* Map accounts & territories: identify owners, managers and key decision-makers.
* Maintain tight sales hygiene: accurate notes, forecasts and metrics in HubSpot.
* Stay focused on new logos: hand over all wins for onboarding.
* Improve the playbook: refine messaging and share insights.
What You Bring
* 2+ years B2B new-business experience (SaaS / Recruitment / phone-based Sales)
* Proven track record in generating your own pipeline and closing SMB/mid-market deals.
* Confidence in cold outreach, phone-first mentality.
* Strong discovery, objection handling and remote demo skills.
* Self-driven, organised, and comfortable working autonomously.
How Success Is Measured
* Outbound activity and qualified pipeline created
* Demos run, win rate and new logos closed
* Monthly/quarterly revenue/ARR performance
