What you will do:
Manage cases involving children under Child in Need, child protection, pre-proceedings, and care proceedings frameworks.
Conduct thorough assessments, and create comprehensive care and safety plans.
Build strong, empathetic relationships with children and their families to ensure positive and timely permanence planning.
Collaborate with a team of six social workers, including advanced practitioners and a supportive team manager.
