A dynamic, social and forward thinking Architectural Practice in London whose projects are featured in the Evening Standard are looking to recruit an Office Assistant to join their business.
As an Office Assistant they are seeking a personable, confident and switched on candidate with a good sense of humour who enjoys an extremely varied and involving role which requires a real
team player who is happy to muck in and go that extra mile!
Working alongside their Office Manager your remit will include overflow office management, reception cover, arranging staff training and monthly internal seminars, booking travel, producing presentations, organising events and all accompanying administrative support up to Partner level.
Working in cool, modern offices you will work closely with the whole of the team so the ability to building good relationships is key!
YOU: - Previous office admin experience and strong MS Office skills are key! Working 5 days in office, their office is based near to London Bridge!
