About the practice
Established Bupa Dental Care practice with 7 surgeries, modern working environment, fully computerised, digital x-ray, CBCT scanner, and iTero scanner. Supported by a dedicated team of fully trained professional support staff. The practice offers Oral Surgery, Orthodontics, and Implants with hygienist support. Great commuter links to M1 and local train station, plus ample on-site parking.
The practice participates in the Bupa Smile Plan to help patients spread routine preventive costs, creating a more stable revenue stream for clinicians with a loyal patient base. Working with Bupa provides opportunities to treat insurance patients and grow private work.

Role expectations
Provide high-quality patient care as a self-employed Associate Dentist within a well-supported practice. Collaborate with the team, maintain clinical governance standards, and participate in in-house CPD events.
Qualifications and requirements
* Qualified dentist with appropriate registration and licensing
* Experience in private and/or NHS settings preferred
* Willingness to work within Bupa system and processes
