About the role
We’re looking for an organised and detail-driven Early Careers Recruitment Administrator to join a busy HR team within a leading professional services environment.
This is a key role supporting the end-to-end recruitment of early careers talent, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience across high-volume programmes.

What you’ll be doing
Applications & candidate management
* Processing high volumes of applications across training contracts, work experience and apprenticeship programmes
* Maintaining and updating the online application system
* Managing shared inboxes and responding to candidate queries via email and phone
Interview coordination
* Scheduling and coordinating interviews across multiple stakeholders
* Liaising with internal teams to arrange interviewers
* Booking rooms, managing logistics, and sending calendar invites
* Supporting candidates on the day of interviews
Events & campaigns
* Supporting early careers recruitment campaigns
* Assisting with the organisation of recruitment events and university engagement
* Coordinating logistics and communications
General administration
* Processing invoices and expenses
* Maintaining accurate records and tracking data
* Supporting wider team projects as needed
What we’re looking for
* Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or a fast-paced administrative role
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel)
* A proactive and team-oriented approach
