Customer Service Administrator (Remote, UK-Based)
Location: Home-based (UK only)
Hours: Mon–Fri, 37.5 hrs/week + 1 weekend every 8–10 weeks (paid overtime)
All equipment & full training provided

What You’ll Do:
* Help customers get the most from their care technology
* Spot and resolve issues with underused devices
* Analyse usage data to improve service
* Book tech visits and manage stock
* Collaborate with social workers, NHS, and local authorities
* Keep accurate records in Salesforce
What You’ll Bring:
* Excellent communication and people skills
* Strong Excel and Salesforce experience
* Organised, self-motivated, and proactive
* Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
* Awareness of safeguarding (training provided)
* DBS check required
