Key Responsibilities
* Supporting completion of service charge year ends, cash reconciliations, and budgets.
* Assist the Senior Client Accountants with Client delivery.
* Assisting in the preparation of VAT returns and VAT reconciliations.
* Preparing and issuing month-end and year-end reporting.
* Liaising, networking and building relationships with clients.
* Preparing and issuing funding requests to clients.
* Preparing and arranging the transfer of income collected.
* Cash allocation and posting.
* Raising tenant payable invoices, ensuring all recharges are raised.
* Performing billing reconciliations.
Skills & Experience
* Prior experience in an Accounts Assistant or similar role.
* Prior experience in property, property management, commercial property, or similar.
* Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
* AAT/accounting qualification (or working towards) is desirable but not essential.
