What you’ll do
* Support planning and coordination of marketing projects using tools like (url removed).
* Manage project schedules, track progress, and update stakeholders.
* Coordinate day‑to‑day workflow across teams, ensuring deadlines are met.
* Act as the go‑to contact for project updates and queries.
* Keep clear documentation of activity, tasks and outcomes.
* Support internal project meetings and ensure alignment across departments.
* Identify areas to improve process efficiency and support continuous improvement.
What you’ll bring
* Proven experience coordinating marketing or creative projects.
* Strong knowledge of campaign development, content workflows and scheduling.
* Confidence using project management tools (e.g. (url removed) and Microsoft Office).
* Proven communication and interpersonal skills and being comfortable managing multiple stakeholders.
* First‑class organisational and time‑management skills.
* GCSEs in English and Maths (grade C/4 or above) or equivalent.
A professional marketing qualification (e.g. CIM) and experience in education/public sector is a bonus, but not essential.
