As our Post Room Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our document flow, helping teams stay efficient, and our firm run smoothly. Join us in Harrogate, where your attention to detail really counts. What you’ll be doing: As our Post Room Assistant, you’ll be part of our Central Property & Business Services Team and report to Beth, our Business Services Team Lead. You’ll handle a range of daily tasks that keep the firm running smoothly. Your key duties will include: Accurately scanning all incoming post and documents, and uploading them to client files within the firm’s case management system Carrying out photocopying and scanning as needed Ordering stationery and office supplies from our approved suppliers Printing and preparing all outgoing post for dispatch via Royal Mail, couriers, and the DX system Filing paperwork and maintaining organised records Allocating cases through the court management system Support other teams when needed, including general office tasks Provide flexible support to cover other operational activities as requested (The above lists the main duties for the role. It’s not exhaustive and may be updated as business needs change.) What we’re looking for: Previous admin experience with excellent attention to detail, when handling high volumes of documents Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems or ways of working A positive and reliable team player who aligns with our values: We Want Growth, We Achieve Together, We Have Spirit Hours, Salary & Location Full-time: 35 hours per week (Monday-Friday) Salary: Low £20k's dependent on experience Location : This role is office-based in Harrogate due to the nature of the work; all scanning, printing, and equipment is located on site.
