Location: Lancaster (with further stations at Oxenholme & Wigan)

Duration: Approx. 3 months
Hours: Day shifts
Rate: £27.50 per hour (CIS)
This role will start in Lancaster, with the opportunity to move onto Oxenholme and Wigan stations if viable for both parties.
Role Overview
Supervising toilet refurbishment works on live station sites
Managing multiple trades including electricians, plumbers, skilled operatives and general operatives
Coordinating day-to-day site activities, sequencing and progress
Ensuring quality, safety and programme are maintained
Working within live, public-facing station environments Requirements
CSCS Card – minimum Blue (NVQ Carpentry)
SSSTS or SMSTS
First Aid - preferred
Refurbishment experience – essential
Experience managing multiple trades on site
Rail / station experience preferred
