Falkirk Justice Social Work Service is expanding, and we are seeking passionate, skilled, and forward-thinking Justice Social Workers to join our Assessment & Case Management Team and Court & Early Intervention Team.

About the Role
As a Justice Social Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals involved in the justice system to make positive changes and reduce reoffending. You will work collaboratively within a multi-agency framework to promote rehabilitation and enhance public protection.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare high-quality reports for courts, and partner agencies
* Deliver statutory supervision for individuals subject to community orders
* Attendance at court
* Work in partnership with Police, Courts, Prisons, and third-sector organisations
* Assess and manage risk using accredited tools (e.g. LS/CMI, SARA, SA07, Stable & Acute)
* Contribute to MAPPA, RMCCs, and case reviews
* Support reintegration and promote desistance through person-centred interventions

Who Can Apply?
We welcome applications from candidates who:
* Are qualified social workers, registered with the SSSC, and eligible to work in the UK
* Ideally have experience using risk assessment tools such as LS/CMI
* Have experience in Justice Social Work (desirable, but not essential)
If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to gain/maintain PVG scheme membership, the cost of which will be met by the preferred candidate.
